How accurate are the transcripts?

Accuracy depends on the recording and the mode you choose. Balanced handles most clear recordings well; Max Accuracy is built for difficult audio, heavy accents, specialised terminology and recordings where names and numbers must be exact.

What files can I upload?

Common audio and video formats, including long recordings. You can also record directly in the browser when you don't have a file yet.

What does unlimited transcription mean?

Pro and Business include unlimited Fast and Balanced transcription under a transparent reasonable-use policy. Max Accuracy processing, AI generation, storage and simultaneous jobs each have their own clearly shown allowance.

Who can see my recordings?

Only you, unless you share them. Files are stored privately, playback uses short-lived links, and you control retention and permanent deletion.

Can I edit a transcript after processing?

Yes. Fix text, rename or merge speakers, split and merge segments, and use find and replace — with the original machine transcript kept separately from your edited version.
