Recordings are often sensitive. Here is exactly how TranscribeAny handles them.

Encrypted in transit and at rest

Every upload, playback request, and API call runs over TLS. Files are stored encrypted at rest in our managed cloud storage.

Private media storage

Media lives in a private bucket. Playback and downloads use short-lived signed URLs scoped to your account — nothing is publicly listable.

Row-level access control

Access is enforced in the database, not the app. Your transcripts are yours alone, workspace content is scoped to verified workspace membership, and a workspace owner can only reach a member's recording while that person is a member — each such view is logged.

Team permissions

Workspace owners manage seats, invitations and workspace rules. Removing a member revokes their access to shared transcripts immediately, and anything they made for the workspace stays with the workspace.

Retention and deletion

Delete a single recording, or several at once, from your library: for private recordings the stored media file, transcript, edits, insights and translations are removed permanently. Workspace recordings wait 30 days in the workspace recycle bin so an owner can restore them, then go for good. Deleting your account removes everything that remains.

No training on your data

Your audio and transcripts are never used to train models. Processing happens only to produce the output you requested.
